Jaganmayi Himamshu is a fine artist based in Bangalore, India. Since creativity is her natural form of meditation, she often works on pieces that immerse her in a contemplative mindset. Although Jaganmayi primarily works in oils, her artistic exploration spans various mediums, including pastels, watercolour and acrylic.

With an engineering degree in Computer Science and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Computer Graphic Animation from SCAD, USA, Jaganmayi has enjoyed the creative energy both technically as a programmer and aesthetically as an artist. After having worked as a programmer in various animation studios across America, she took up her original passion of Fine Arts professionally, upon her return to India.

Being a nerd at heart, and an introvert by nature, Jaganmayi spends most of her time engrossed in painting, writing books and poems, or buried neck deep amidst her favourite comics including Asterix, Calivn & Hobbes, Amar Chitra Katha etc. And if Jaganmayi is not creating or reading, she is probably on a hike, exploring the wonders of Mother Nature!
